Rules and Regulations

Ads: Classified ads on Bozzollo.com are for companies / individuals. Bozzollo.com reserves the right to remove any ads posted by the community with or without prior notification if violation occurs.

Marketing: All sorts of advertisements including rentals, jobs, services, goods or pure marketing purposes is allowed on Bozzollo.com.

Services: Services offered must follow applicable law and regulations of respective country for each given profession.

Description: The title of each posted advertisement on Bozzollo.com must be accompanied by a description that is appropriate. There is no restriction on how many links are posted, however each link in one advertisement must be unique. Titles must be in allowed format (e.g. A-Z, 0-9, <space>, [,],(,),:,-). Advertisement titles and descriptions are not to be copied from other advertisers, these are protected under copyright laws. Only ads in English are allowed.

Classification: Ads that were added into Bozzollo.com found to be in the wrong class / category will be moved at best effort.

No duplicates: It is not allowed to post the same ads with the same title / description (with or without little modification to the text) more than once. Advertisers may delete/update their existing ads.

Links: Links in the ad have to be relevant to the advertisement. Same general rules for the ad applies also for the link.

Images: Images in the ad have to be relevant to the advertisement. It is not allowed to use images from other advertisers without consent. These are protected under copyright laws.

Offensive/Misleading content: Inappropriate advertisements reported by viewers will be evaluated and examined. Account and email address will be subjected to permanent ban and advertisement will be removed.

If an ad has broke the rules, the advertiser may be given the opportunity to change it depending on the severity. Rules and regulations in Bozzollo.com are subjected to change without prior notice.
